The ERASMUS higher education program, one of the great success stories of the European Union, has been promoting the cross-border mobility of students, university lecturers and university staff in Europe since 1987.
Since 2011, scholarship programs that were previously funded by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) have been administered directly by the universities. Application deadlines: November 15 for the period January to June of the following year and May 15 for the period July to December of the same yearmore
Students, graduates and doctoral candidates who would like to spend one or more semesters abroad but need financial support for their studies, doctorate or research can also apply for scholarships from the DAAD under certain conditions, which may vary for each program.
