Folkwang trauert um den Gründer der Hochschulstiftung Folkwang, Prof. Dr. Heinz Barentzen, der am Sonntag, dem 21. Januar 2018, im Alter von 77 Jahren verstorben ist. Beate Jankowski, in der Geschäftsstelle des Rektorats der Folkwang Universität der Künste u. a. verantwortlich für den Bereich Förderung und Stiftung, erinnert sich in einem persönlichen Nachruf an Prof. Dr. Barentzen.
