ELECTION PROPOSALS

ELECTION SYSTEM

The candidates of the groups are elected according to the principles of personalized proportional representation (in the case of several lists) or according to the principles of majority voting (in the case of only one list).

Personalized proportional representation is carried out on the basis of (election proposal) lists. When a candidate on a list is elected, the list as a whole is also elected.
