The International Office coordinates the international activities at Folkwang University of the Arts, maintains cooperations with partner universities and is the central point of contact for all questions regarding a stay abroad for students, faculty and staff.
Incoming | Visiting students
The application deadlines for exchange students at Folkwang are:
_May 1 for the following winter semester/the entire year
_December 1 for the following summer semester
Outgoing | Going abroad
The application deadlines for Folkwang students, faculty and staff planning a stay abroad are:
_January 15 for the following academic year (winter and/or summer semester)
_For Erasmus+ internships abroad only: 6 weeks before the start of the internship
Students: Study abroad, internship abroad, short stays
Faculty: Erasmus+ teaching stay, PROMOS study trip with students
