"Digital transformation of administration" work area


Digitalization is leading to changes in a wide variety of processes and organizational units. For managers at Folkwang University of the Arts, the "Digital Transformation of Administration" department is the central point of contact for the digital transformation of their administrative support processes. Those responsible are advised on building up expertise in the areas of digital processes, process, project and change management.

We are inspired by the exchange of ideas and projects with other universities and make change possible together with partner universities. To this end, the department coordinates support and cooperation in cross-university projects in the "Administration" field of action as part of the "Digital University NRW" (DH.nrw). Important components include cooperation with the "Digital Support Processes Coordination Unit" (KDU) and networking with the e-government and OZG coordinators at other universities in NRW.
