Building & Refurbishment
This area of technical management deals with
- Planning, supervision and implementation of current and future refurbishments, planning for renovations and planning for any new building within all properties of the Folkwang University of the Arts.
- Issues relating to redesign, maintenance, renovation, and also new planning and restructuring.
- Collaboration with Building and Property Management NRW (Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW or BLB) in all issues relating to buildings and building management.
