As the first step in applying for a study place, you must complete our online application form. The "Application for participation in the aptitude test" form is available at the following link from 1st September to 31st May every year:

Please note that you can always only apply for the next application period or the next possible start of study in your desired study course.
Detailed information is available on the ‘Online application’ homepage. From there, when you click on "Start", you will be guided to the 'First form' page. Please enter all the required fields on this and the following pages. Mandatory fields are marked by an asterisk. We will store your personal details beforehand for the purpose of facilitating the procedure. For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change data entered in the application form once you have clicked on "Send" and the data has been transmitted to our server. In the event that you cancel the process beforehand, then your data will not be saved.
If you need help relating to the content when completing the form, please contact the Central Student Advisory Service or the Office of Student Affairs.
A PDF file is created from the information you provide, which you have to print out, sign and send – together with other documents – by post to reach us by the prescribed time limit. Only then will your application to participate in the aptitude test be considered as fully submitted to us (cf. Processing your application). In this regard, the date we receive them is decisive – not the date of posting!
To do this, you need Adobe Reader, which you can download free of charge here: http://get.adobe.com/de/reader/. Furthermore, Internet Explorer 8 is NOT supported as a browser; please use, for example, Firefox.
