Ein Gestalter wird sich permanent einmischen und ist in der Lage Problemstellungen zu formulieren und Lösungen zu generieren. Das setzt Neugierde, Auffassungsgabe, Reflexions- und Kommunikationsvermögen und Kreativität voraus. Man benötigt Mut, den Weg des Denkbaren und nicht des vordergründig Machbaren zu gehen und vor allem Spaß. Die Studierenden bringen viel mit. Das Wesentliche ist ihre Persönlichkeit! Diese gilt es, neben der Vermittlung des Fachwissens, zu stärken. Nur so reifen „Gestalter-Persönlichkeiten“ heran.
