Storage and use of the address data
The addresses of the graduates are collected in accordance with § 1 Section 9 of the Folkwang University of the Arts Enrolment Regulations and stored in a student database.
Address data may be transmitted and used within the Folkwang University of the Arts, provided that this is for the purpose of fulfilling academic tasks and/or the tasks of the university.
The art and music universities of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia are committed to regularly assess the fulfilment of their tasks – particularly in the area of teaching – in accordance with § 7 Abs. 2 KunstHG (Art Universities Act).
The address data stored is not used for any other purpose than to invite (and remind) graduates in relation to their participation in the graduate survey.
The processing of the address data shall only be performed by university employees. All employees having access to the personal data as part of the project are subject to the prevailing data protection law.
Evaluation of the results
The results of the Folkwang graduate survey will be evaluated by study course and field of study on an aggregated basis. For this purpose, individual result reports will be produced by ISTAT. All the data will also be evaluated based on gender and diversity aspects.
The result data will be made available to the Folkwang University of the Arts both in report form (tabular and graphic presentation) and as a scientific-use file (raw data set) for further internal evaluations. The evaluations will not allow the identification of individual persons!
