  • Degree: Folkwang Brief für Gestaltung, a total of 360 ECTS (equivalent to Master of Arts)

Target group

  • artists or academics with their own development projects

Entrance requirements

  • Bachelor degree or diploma
  • evidence of outstanding artistic or academic aptitude
  • evidence of sufficient language competence for the course of study selected
  • exposé on applicant’s own development project for the Graduate Programme

  • project-oriented study course in interdisciplinary exchange with the further Folkwang disciplines of Music, Theatre, Dance, Design, Academic Studies
  • students at centre stage of the programme / independent design of study plan
  • unique in Germany on account of the integration of a 2-semester curated programme at the Folkwang Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies
  • 7 studios as special teaching and learning forms of the Graduate Programme, in which teaching staff and students explore a common theme: Analogue and digital publishing, staged area, mobility, visual narration, sustainable design, discovery and interaction, students' studio
