Artistic Operations Office & Scheduling

The Artistic Operations Office schedules, coordinates and supervises events and room allocations:

  • Long-term and day-by-day scheduling of events (registration required – see below) and examinations
  • Organising and supervising competitions
  • Rentals
  • Point of contact for partners in cooperative projects
  • Scheduling rehearsal and warm-up times
  • Instrument tuning and transport (> piano tuning)
  • Organising projects
  • Room coordination
  • Creating group timetables Fac. 3
  • Organising the Hochschule orchestra
  • Organising and supervising the “Workshop Pool”

Application must be made in writing for university events, including any technical sound/staging requirements and instrument requirements. Apply to the Events Committee via the Artistic Management Office. Application forms are available below.

Applications (including any technical sound/staging requirements and instrument requirements) must be made in writing to the Events Committee via the Artistic Operations Office. Final deadlines:

Event registration deadlines in the Artistic Management Office are:

  • For major/thematically exceptional events:
  • For the summer semester: 1st July of the previous year
  • For the winter semester: 20th January
  • For all other events:
  • For the summer semester: 2nd November of the previous year
  • For the winter semester: 2nd May

External events involving guest appearances

These events must be applied for through the President’s office, in two stages. First: prior permission must be obtained from the President’s office. Second: Application 1 must be submitted.

Application Part 1
When the President’s office has made its judgment and granted prior permission, complete Application Part 2 for detailed processing by all offices involved and submit it to the President’s office.
